Can I change plans at any time? +
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the admin panel. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. When upgrading, access to new features is immediate with a prorated charge for the current month.
Is there a discount for annual billing? +
Yes, the Professional plan has a 20% discount when billed annually (€392/mo billed annually, vs €490/mo on monthly billing). Contact hello@kaitalog.com to switch to annual billing.
Is the Starter plan always free? +
Yes, the Starter plan is permanently free with no time limit. It includes up to 10 AI systems, 3 users and basic inventory. No credit card required to sign up and it never expires.
What happens when the Professional trial ends? +
When the 14-day free trial ends, your account automatically reverts to the Starter plan (free) unless you have added a payment method. All your data is preserved intact. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before the trial expires.
How does billing work for the Enterprise plan? +
Enterprise pricing is custom-quoted based on your organisation's size, number of AI systems, deployment requirements (cloud or on-premise) and the level of support you need. Contact hello@kaitalog.com for a personalised proposal.
Does Kaitalog integrate with my existing tools? +
On the Professional plan, Kaitalog supports SSO with SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect, compatible with Azure AD, Google Workspace, Okta and most enterprise identity providers. On the Enterprise plan, we offer custom integrations via REST API and webhooks with CMDB, ticketing systems, GRC tools and any other business management platform.
